Each individual product’s refund policy is provided in the products description. Before placing any order please read the refund policy of each individual product, it will help you in avoiding any bad experiences.
General rules of refund policy:-
Cases in which no refund will be processed:-
- We will not process a refund if the account or service is blocked due to your negligence. Means using bad proxies, not clearing cache memory of browser or due to violation of services’s policy.
- We will not process a refund after 24 hours when we delivered the account or service. Means you need to check details like password, email, account billing period or any other account login related issue within 24 hours.
- No refund will be processed if you have started using the service.
- No refund will be processed if the said products and services are delivered and you are able to use them without any issue.
- No refund will be processed if you deliberately close or harm the service.
- No refund will be processed for payment below $10 and with cryptocurrency payment method. Because of minimum transaction limitations.
- Due to nature of accounts and services no refund will be processed if the service or account is closed before the said time period like if the accounts validity is 30 days and it gets closed in 15 days. We can try to replace the account or service if its closed in the first 24 hours if you haven’t done anything on it. Means first 24 hours is only guarantee for the accounts.
- No refund will be processed for any digital goods like ebooks, pdfs and similar products.
Cases in which a refund can be processed:-
- We will refund in case of we are not able to deliver you the account or service in said time period.
- We will refund if you are not able to login into the account or service for the first time.
- We will partially refund with small transaction fee if you accidentally sent us more amount then that of order value (Conditions apply).
